Checkout is consistently the highest-impact area, even within Shopify's native checkout flow. Product detail pages are the next biggest opportunity — imagery, trust signals, delivery information and call to action placement all affect conversion significantly. Category pages and site search round out the usual priority list. We start with your analytics to identify where your specific drop-off points are before recommending anything.

Yes. For stores with sufficient traffic to reach statistical significance in a reasonable timeframe, A/B testing is the most reliable way to validate improvements. We set up tests, run them to significance and implement the winning variant. For lower-traffic stores, we focus on evidence-led improvements backed by session recordings and behaviour data.

Standard Shopify limits checkout customisation compared to open-source platforms. Shopify Plus unlocks significantly more flexibility, including checkout UI extensions for custom fields, upsells and trust elements. We work within what your plan allows and will be honest with you if Shopify Plus would meaningfully expand what is achievable.
