wetwednesdays.co.ukA new ecommerce home for kids' waterproofs and outdoor kit
Wet Wednesdays sell children's waterproof clothing: wellies, jackets, trousers, and outdoor kit designed to keep kids dry and happy whatever the weather. They came to Limely needing a brand new ecommerce website to maximise sales and build customer loyalty. We streamlined the customer journey by optimising navigation, developing bespoke tools, and strengthening the brand, delivering 183% organic revenue growth in the process.

A bespoke tool for building the perfect outfit
One of the standout features of the new site is a bespoke bundle builder that lets customers pick their preferred trouser and jacket combination in one seamless flow. This personalisation tool increases average order value, improves customer satisfaction, and makes the shopping experience feel tailored rather than transactional. It has been one of the most commercially impactful features we built for the brand.
The impact we made

Thumb-friendly design built for how parents shop
The mobile experience was rebuilt from the ground up with thumb-friendly navigation, a sticky header, and a streamlined two-step checkout. Payment options including PayPal and Amazon Pay reduce cart abandonment by letting customers complete their purchase without re-entering card details. The result has been a 45% increase in mobile revenue since launch.
“Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to have a new website created. Our brief was a custom website, with lots of complicated functions along the way, and Limely have smashed it.”

An SEO foundation that compounds over time
Alongside the build we implemented a full SEO migration covering keyword research, title tag optimisation, redirects, and tracking setup, giving the new site a strong organic foundation from day one. A digital magazine section provides a platform for brand content and internal linking, supporting rankings across the catalogue. Organic traffic has grown by 77.8% as a result.
